The Family Balance Package
In today's fast-paced world, many individuals find themselves overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and personal commitments. This chaotic lifestyle can lead to stress, burnout, and a sense of disconnection from oneself and others. Achieving balance and harmony is crucial, as it not only enhances emotional and mental well-being but also fosters healthier relationships and improved productivity. By creating a structured framework for managing their time and energy, my clients can regain control over their lives, experience balance within the family, joy in daily activities, and cultivate fellowship and harmony with one another.
As a certified life coach, I provide a supportive environment where clients can explore their unique challenges and aspirations. Through personalized coaching sessions, I employ a variety of techniques such as understanding self, mindfulness practices, goal-setting, and strategies to help them identify the root causes of their chaos. By guiding clients to prioritize their values and set achievable goals, I empower them to make conscious choices that align with their desired lifestyle. Together, we will develop actionable plans that create a sense of structure, fostering balance and harmony while equipping my clients with the tools they need to maintain this equilibrium in the long term.

Refined Reflections
4 week program
I will personally work with each individual every week within the 4 week period. We will come together as a group every week to discuss personal and family matters to help solve the issues within the family. Every issue is managable, but without understanding it is hard to stay on the same page. I will help to create understanding and harmony within the family dynamic.
Results based progam
This service is not confined to specific time periods within the 4 week period. An example of that could be, one client working through personal issues that could run 1 to 3 hours alone depending on the situation. You will not have to pay for hourly time within that 4 week period. A plan by Laurious will be created specifically for your family consisting of sessions, assessments, lessions, and trainings for your family. When I am needed my clients will have access to reach out to me to ask questions and set appointment times when necessary. This does not mean Laurious is an employee of my clients defined to 8 hours per day per family, but through my personalized coaching strategies we will provide the results necessary to create harmony and balance within the family. This package will recieve no less than 15 total session hours within the 4 week program.
